Timesheets
All our contract employees will need to complete a
hard copy timesheet that will be provided to you by
your consultant when you are inducted. If you run
out off timesheets please just call the office you
are assigned to and let them know. They will forward
some through to you either by email or fax depending
on the urgency.
Online Timesheets
In a few of our locations, you can now submit
timesheets online for approval. Your consultant will
advise you if this option is available to you.
Eventually this will be provided to all our sites.
If you are able to access this service, you will be
issued with a User Name and Password to access the
Timesheet Entry Self Service
Email Payslips
You have the option of receiving your payslips
either on email or by post. If you would like to
receive them on line, please register via our
Employee Self Service
Pay Day
Payroll is processed every two weeks and your pay is
deposited directly into your nominated bank account
each Friday PM. Check your payslips against your
timesheet and mark them off when paid.
Payslips are posted Wednesdays.
If you are requested online for your Payslips, they
are available on line the day after pay day.
