Our growth as an organization is due to our very simple philosophy: we believe nursing support, through our employees, and the other supporting healthcare professionals are paramount to every patient. Further, we know that supporting the client and retaining the right personnel is crucial to patient health in both the short and long term. To this end we will work to find those healthcare professionals that best to fit our clients’ need and medical conditions.

Temp-To-Hire Nurses

M.S.I Services provides Temp-to-Hire nurses, for three months and MSI pays all nurses wages, taxes, WSIB insurances, plus accommodation and travel. During this three-month period the LTC facility is going to have ample time to get to know the nurse to find out if he/she is the right fit for the facility. After the three months you can hire the nurse full time and they become your employee free of charge.

The Nurses whom we provide always received orientation at the LTC home. This is to help our nurses get familiar with your location and residents. The training services which the nurse receives to our nurses consist of Point Click Care, MDS, MA'R along with many more healthcare related protocols. We also provide some training to LTC homes staff on a number of healthcare programs as well.

Other Services

While our core business is to find and place healthcare, personnel within the community, and other healthcare facilities we also provide a number of other support services covering, specializing in contingency search and recruitment for both contract and permanent positions in the healthcare, administration, medical information technology, medical sales, marketing and skilled trades arenas. Due to our involvement in placing Canadian and international healthcare professionals we have developed these other, yet still very much required, services.
